Scope

South Denver Pulmonary has strong customer base and wanted to enhance patient care and facilitate the practice's commincations with referring doctors and patients.

Method

Information was organized in a way that made it easier to access for doctors to patients. A single contact form was designed to accomodate multiple scenarios, such as HIPAA compliance in cases where sensitive information is requested.

Results

The site enhanced patient care by providing commonly requested medical information and making referrals and prescription refills faster. Staff productivity increased when the website address was added to the client's telephone system, allowing prescription refill and appointment requests to be processed during off-peak hours.
